On some nights when both kids have been really well behaved and also eaten all their dinner, they might convince us that they deserve dessert…

Oh, who are we kidding, they are both still so cute all they really have to do is ask nicely and eat most of their dinner and we cave.

The delight on their faces is enough to let us know this can’t possibly be bad for them now can it ??

Cezanne’s best friend Chloe and her ‘baby’ sister had a combined birthday party. The theme was fairies. Tinkerbell even made a special guest appearance which really thrilled the girls. The girls got special fairy makeup from Tinkerbell and then there was a game of find the candy to earn your fairy wings.  The newly winged fairies got to plant their very own plant seed in a tiny little pot and then there was a balloon drop to wrap it all up.

Hello All

So I thought I would post a quick update - the reason for the great big gap in updates to the blogs is all my fault !

I took a new job starting December and this has kept me very busy. I have been trying to find my feet, travel to California a couple of times and on top of all that keep up with things around the house and family stuff.

This is not an excuse or an apology, just an explanation.

 I am now all caught up and am still a month behind…

One of the classroom friends from Kensington School came home with Cezanne on Friday to spend the weekend with us. Barnaby got to have lunch with Cezanne after school and then went to Ballet with Cezanne on Saturday morning. On Sunday it was Lola’s birthday party at Monkey Joe’s and Barnaby joined in for just a little bit ( it actually was not cool to bring a stuffed bear to a big girl birthday party ).
