Today we were again off to another “first” event held by Sheri & Louise. We already had a Meet Santa party and now it was the Easter Bunny. Cezanne had a great time playing with some of her friends from play group and I got a chance to see some of her freinds that I hear so much about from Lanelle.

Cezanne is now on the go, non stop, at full speed, from 7am until she passes out at about 7pm in the evening.

Today was our 9 month well visit with the new doctor, Doctor Olsen.

First the nurse took a blood sample to check Cezanne’s iron levels, she needed to be above 10, she was a 13 ! No need for multi-vitamins !

Cezanne had seen the doctor a couple of weeks ago for a running nose and cough and did not seem to like him but today was much better. The doctor said that Cezanne looks perfect and is on track with all her development so we must be doing something right

Her measurements now are : Weight 18lbs 1oz, Height 28.25 inches and Head Circumference 16.75 inches.
As a reward for growing up so well we went and bought her a new toy. Photos to follow

Our little baby girl is now 9 months old. She is very cute and we enjoy each moment with her. She keeps us very busy with her daily routine.

A typical day in the life of Cezanne looks something like this:

6:00am - 7:30am Cezanne wakes up

7:30am - 9:00am Dad feeds Cezanne her breakfast

9:00am - 11:00am Cezanne plays

11:00am - 12:00pm Cezanne takes a nap (if we are lucky)

12:00pm - 1:00pm Mom or Dad feeds Cezanne her lunch

1:00pm - 4:00pm Cezanne plays

4:00pm - 5:30pm Cezanne takes a nap (again, if we are lucky)

5:30pm - 6:30pm Mom or Dad feeds Cezanne her dinner

6:30pm - 7:30pm Cezanne takes her bath and then goes to bed

Finally after about 7 weeks our basement is now finished. Cezanne and all her friends now have a wonderful open area to crawl around and explore.

We are both very please with the end result and can not wait to start enjoying the new space.

We will take some photos of Cezanne as she explores and post them here in the next few days.

We took Cezanne to her new pediatrician yesterday as she had a bit of mucus build up in her lungs. Everything is fine and she is wonderful as always We like the new doctor but Cezanne has her reservations which she made known loudly during her ear exam. We are starting to teach her to sign but so far her only response to the whole thing is laughing and flapping her arms wildly. She thinks mommy is being very funny and dad is just as silly when he tries to sign.

Our computer has finally died so no photos for a while…
