Cezanne is now an expert at the “solid food” and really seems to enjoy it. Who ever is doing the feeding must just know that she likes it in small bites and do not think you can take any breaks - just keep it coming !

We are back from a wonderful vacation.

Cezanne has now found her place in this house, she is the Queen, the Boss, and the Center of the Universe !

We had to get up pretty early on the final day of the cruise. This did not seem to bother Cezanne much though as she rolled around on the bed. She can now roll left to right, back to front and has even started trying to crawl.

We also had to test out her life jacket to see that it would have fit in case we had needed it…

Our final day on board was a “Sea Day” and Cezanne took full advantage of the day to keep us all very busy. We spent more time in the Solarium where Cezanne found another great spot for one of her now famous power naps.

After the nap she was full of herself again and we were able to keep her busy with a bunch of paper cups that she enjoyed chewing on. This is a great advert for Royal Caribbean…

Jamaica was interesting. We decided that we wanted to get away from all the tourist shops and so we took a taxi to a local Craft Market but very soon after we arrived we realized that this market was just another tourist trap. One of the big “give aways” was the caravan of tour busses that pulled in minutes after we got out of our taxi. Every stall had the same “merchandise” and each merchant was extremely eager to get you into their little slice of capitalism, this was a surprise to me since the sterotype of Jamaica is that of a laid back easy going lifestyle.

It was also very very hot and so we decided to head to the beach and ended up at the “World Famous Doctors Cave Beach” and paid our dues to get in. It was so much better than shopping !

Cezanne loved the sea and it took a lot out of her - here she found a perfect spot to take a power nap with Ouma while Lanelle, Oupa and I relaxed in the warm blue sea.
