After now having taken a number of trips we decided to take a picture for the Southwest Inflight Magazine. Cezanne was very busy and needed entertainment for most of the trip. The steward helped by providing things to play with, like the bright red bag of Southwest peanuts.

Aunty Erin sent a wonderful gift as a “thank you” for their visit a few weeks back. She really went over the top and bought a couple of really very cute outfits.

On Saturday we decided that despite the cooler weather and overcast conditions we would take a chance downtown and show off Chicago to Gavin & Christina & Aiden.

This was our second trip with Cezanne, the first when she was only a couple of weeks old and while Aunty Celeste was still visiting.

The weather played along and we had a pretty good view of all of Chicago.

Finally !

After more invitations than we care to count the Harvett’s finally came to visit. This was like a trial run for their marathon trip to South Africa in December. Aiden is the third “boy friend” that has come to visit, when will get any “girl friend” visitors ?

Aiden is very cute and he is parents are doing a very nice job !

Morning are just the best time of day. Cezanne loves mornings. After a whole night of sleep, a great feed with Mommy and then play time Cezanne is really at her very best.

Although Dad was away in Florida this week Cezanne and I had a busy week. On Monday we went for a stroll thru Jewel to buy some food. Tuesday Tannie Christa, one of our fellow South Africans, came for lunch and we went to Costco. Wednesday was Cradletalk, our Babygroup, and lunch with all the cradletalk mommies and babies. Today we went to our playgroup and tonight Dad came home. We are eagerly awaiting the arival of the Harvett family so we can meet and play with Aiden. We are sure to take lots of pictures this weekend so check back next week.
